Fractional Executive Leadership

As a Fractional Head of AI, I work with the CEO as a member of the leadership team to advance initiatives that safely achieve the promise of AI.

Fractional engagements are ideal for organizations that are not ready for a full-time executive but need executive leadership of AI. Engagements range from 10-20 hours per week for as long as the organization needs.

Responsibilities could include:

Strategic Advisory

Serving as a strategic ally, I collaborate with association CEOs and leadership teams to achieve the promise of AI to boost member retention and diversify revenue.
